Default Cat climbing contraption con casa

G'day sports!
Whenever i think i'll try something new with my 'instuments' (machinery), i build something. So, this time i thought itwas time for a cat tree.
I tried my hand on mitred domino-joints,carcass-building, even invented my own circle jig for the OF1400. And last not least i tried Osmo products for the first time. Btw. I'm of the opinion that form follows function. Thus the cat tree looks somewhat bauhaus.
Thanx for watching!

Sorry, can't figure out how to upload multiple photos. Will do so in the evening.

Need more pictures!

I need to do something like this for my shop cats, so I'd appreciate more pictures whenever you can post them?

Thanks!

It's really quite stable, even my 25 kg daughter can sit on either platform. But weonly tried the lower one. The base is about 70cmx 50cm, the upper platform is about 185cm above ground. It's made of B/B 3/4' birch ply, 1' pine ply and 2x2' pine. The corners are mitred and dominoed and i only used screws on the carcass. Weights about 35kg. I am quite proud of the steadiness, less proud of the mitred corners, some are open about half a mm; but it's square. Might be an issue of pressure, i only own 2 cheap band-clamps.
Another thing i wish i hadn't done is to use graphite-coloured oil on birch-ply or pine: it only makes the piece look dirty.
