Default Re: New here, so posting some projects

I thought Spring had arrived last week. We had a nice day or two at the end of the week, and then snow on Saturday (always seems to snow on the weekend!). I am working on remodeling our study, so I guess I should not worry about weather, other than I have to go get several sheets of sheetrock, so I really would prefer no gusting wind and blowing snow!

Regarding the dog bowl stand, I never really meant it to be that nice, but I had some cherry MDF scrap, and decided I'd make a plywood box, and then a cherry MDF cover for it, and needed to add trim to hide the edges of the MDF. I did tell my daughter her dog better not chew the corners of it, or he would be in big trouble.

This project really confirmed to me how great the Festool track saw is for accurate cutting of sheet goods (my first project with my track saw).
