a (wood)working vacation

A nice touch to accompany home-made sushi dinner (and a good use of scraps) while on vacation with the extended family.

Those are excellent, Craig!

Was the company really that boring?

Either the Rolling Stones are wanting a wooden tongue or your sailboat had a dinged dagger board.

Nicely carved Craig!

Reminds me of a banquet in Beijing. We were served some kind of firm green vegetable that was cut into rough pyramid shapes and coated with a clear lubricant. Picking those things up with smooth plastic chop sticks was a challenge. Some simple split wood sticks with a little texture would have been very welcome.

I've got a half dozen sunfish boards that could use some repair, if you want to stop by>:wavey:

"Ding" Alex... or multiple dings I should say. :thumbsup2:

Oh I'm totally there Cricket... I'd pay to see that yawl in person. Bow DownBow Down Just beautiful.

Seriously, you're not far from me. And I'd do any amount of labor to get to sail close to home again. I used to have a boat (27' Hunter) on the Jersey side of the Hudson... but that was back when I had cabinet money.
