Default Cave Dwelling for Sale

Utah Cliff House ? Welcome

This is the house we stayed in with my wife's cousins in Montezuma Canyon near Monticello, UT. It's only a few miles from town, but about a 1,000'+ drop on a winding gravel road to get there. Totally off the grid and self sufficient. A beautiful setting for the right people. There is a winery just a few miles down the canyon.

Yep. Jim Budlong (Krenov School Instructor) lives off the grid and has a full shop with nice old iron. He's told me it's not a problem.

For whatever reason the video on that site wouldn't play for me but I found it on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mSsXzJD2HZ8

I admire places like that. There's a winery in the foothills east of Sacramento that did a wine cave dig out and I love visiting that place especially in the summer. They usually have good port too.
