Yes, I'm checking out those Wood River tools. They're making a high-end range, and I thought I needed to see them first-hand. You know - Sauer and Steiner knock offs, Bridge City knockoffs, etc. Something we can all afford.

HA! Scared you, didn't I?

No, I'm in China to help the Shenzhen campus of Tsinghua University set up a School of Oceanography. I'll be interviewing job candidates, and giving talks. It's my usual way of seeing foreign countries: from a dark room.

I spent my entire birthday (and most of the next day) traveling. 26 hours. I'm wiped. Must. Go. To. Sleep.
