Wow, what nice things to say, Peter. Thank you!

Both Ann and I came down with nasty colds, likely exposed on the plane ride home. We got sick on her birthday (last Monday) and are still recovering on mine. So, we're planning to do something after we recover. However, we did get in some "advance" celebrating while in Hawaii.

Ann also found herself some nice birthday gifts in a jewelry store there, which I kind of resent, because that's money that could go for tools. What the hell does she need with more jewelry?

Being a frugal sort, I only bought myself some Kona coffee beans and a souvenir mug.

If you're not buying that, I guess I'll have to submit a revised progress report at a later date.

And Tico, you gave me the biggest smile I've had all day. What a cutie!

So is August the real birthday? I went on fb today and John is 47 today over there. Maybe a time warp?
