I'm probably somewhere in the 4-5 range on woodworking skills. I still measure twice, screw up once and cut again sometimes! A recent melamine cabinet project which had sides that were 1/4" wider than high, I dominoed it together and to my horror, discovered i had rotated the sides 90 degrees and had on overhang. The TS75 on a rail hid the mistake quickly and it really made no differenc on the application. I can't imagine being able to correct this more easily with a table saw or circular saw.

As far as Festools making me a better person - nah! Objects don't make us better people - our deportment in life is what exibits our quality to others. We can use our tools to do good for others and treat people fairly in so doing. This is how we will be judged now and in the Hereafter...

I can definitely say that owning Festools has made me a broker person.

As far as woodworking skills, I must give myself a 1, because I never make mistakes. Of course that is largely due to the fact that I never build anything.

Let's break out the Poilly~Fuse and the Brie + a baguette or two and dream
on things we don't have and things that we do.

I would say a nice grasses spot on the rivers edge, but I don't think that would work so well here, you might be some-ones lunch.

So with that said it's back to the shop for a little R/R and dream again.
To work for a while is good to improve one self is good too.

It all passes down in life like a river and her logs.
