I bought my newest tool chests from Costco - they're really high quality, and excellent value. I previously had chests from HD or Sears. I found that they were total crap - the bottoms were flimsy and bent easily, the drawers would fall off the rails (only held on with tabs), and they would constantly jam. Also, they didn't lock well. I got rid of them as soon as I got the nicer SS ones from Costco.
I don't have as many Festools as Fred. Or Marcou's, or Brese's, or Lie-Nielsen's, or Lee Valley's, or Blue Spruce's, or Harold and Saxon's, or...
