Cricket I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this? I use a 45 degree. My thought is it gives me more "hook" to compensate for any irregularities in the wall. I'm questioning myself now... enlighten...

The suede for the Moxon came with the kit. I bought the other piece for the leg vise from a local crafts store.

Well my rosewood plane knobs from Lee Valley showed up. I had already purchased what hardware I thought I might need to fasten them to the vise handle. But... I wasn't expecting them to have threaded...

Very nice! Great detail on the handles and I like the contrasting colors. Contrast is always good. Love how the streaking in the bubinga picks up the maple.
