I just got a 9' slider, edgebander, 46 spindle line bore machine and a bitchin compressor. So there!

Working on placement and shop cleanup so pics will wait till then. I'm taking over the space...

you are obviously bent on getting the bend out of the frame because you are ignoring my question on just using the saw as is. There should be enough play in the adjustments built into the saw...

Im not sure i agree for the need but having a chip breaker doesn't complicate a thing and frogs aren't relevant. I see how the iron would be in the palm though. Maybe there's a design challenge there...

why not just go with a bevel down design with a 30-40 degree bed. That was what I was planning on for a miter plane and low angle block. Seems that would simplify things and be alot more...

Im an absent minded professor, not to disrespect professors :D, and more often than not forget to release the tension on the band. I've heard that's bad for the saw and blade and I've heard it's not....
