Default Next Generation

Hi All,

This past weekend, our guild had their annual show at a local mall and one of the members displayed and entered a plane he had made by taking an online class that Scott offers. It gets better, he got the class as a gift from his parents- he is 11 years old! Great kid who easily held his own showing off his plane and talking with other wood workers and mall visitors. Made us all very happy to see a young person taking up the craft.

Best,
Rutager

Oh, I like that.
My 6yo daughter came home from school today and said in art they got to cut out shapes they like. She cut out hand tools! :-) (if that ain't a proud daddy moment, I don't know what is)

That is so cool. They still need to send me some pictures of the plane they made! I'll be sure to post them here when they do.

Randy, you're obviously a good daddy, and you have a right to be proud.

But you're making me feel like an old fart. My great-grandson turned 6 yesterday.

Wow, John! That's what you get for being a father at 13.
