I would have had them up last week, but I had to figure out where they were. Then I remembered, "oh, they're on that laptop I haven't used in a year and a half." When I turned it on, there were 84 Windows updates to install, Java updates, Acrobat updates and Norton updates which I went ahead and installed after the first blue screen crash.

It seems to be running okay now, but I'll run a scan disk when I leave for work this morning.

If you only turn it on every year and a half, how much does it matter?

Brings to mind one of my favorite lines from Thurber "One martini is not enough, two may be too many, and three is definitely not enough."
