Nearly threw up from the camera work... "Blair Witch" doesn't work for a shop tour...
Wow, whole place for sale after not really doing anything with it... kinda sad. Based on the accent, I assume he's in Australia (oh, and the lack of brands I recognized). The guy didn't sound like the owner; might be someone doing the selling. I like that "perfect for the hobbyist"... uh-huh...

That's what I was thinking. Swap the Martins for Felders, and the Beemer for an F250, and it's pretty close.
The last thing I want to hear is that this guy spent so much time setting up his dream shop that he died before he got to use it.
