talkFestool

Go Back   talkFestool > Manufacturers & Vendors of Fine Tools > Knew Concepts

Knew Concepts Every item is made in the U.S. with full backup for every product. My approach to design is that all improvements are "backward compatible" to the older product. That way, you the customer, are always supported throughout the life cycle of anything that you buy from us.

Are you sure you didn't put the blade in upside down, Fred? I'm guessing the teeth point down...

Man - those are really tiny blades. Good thing they invented reading glasses.

We are all a great bunch of folks... call it the secret, karma, faith, the golden rule, birds of a feather.. I find everyone here always willing to help and wanting to share. When you meet folks like that you just want to return the favor plus some.

Next to Fred not wanting to share his spoils of war, I am the biggest turd on this board and I get treated darn well by all the vendors.

Happy waiting, Laurie. Hope the weather's nice. You certainly ordered from the right guy. I mean - who else would send you a fretsaw with no anchovies?

Frederick, It almost sounds like you think Poto associates a "turd" with some negative connotation with the emotional implications and associations that a word may carry. NOT SO. Poto is very hip & knows the "in meaning" similar to when inked & pierced bikers call a piece of chrome "sick".

Ron,

I bow to your knowledge and wisdom. Little did I know of the positive connotation. I am now enlightened.
