Default Magic Square

This square changed how I build furniture!

From my blog:

Tolerances and precision in woodworking have been two ideas that I've been contemplating for a long time (see A Box Called "Tolerences" and A Box Called "Necessessity"). That was why Magic Square captured my attention.

You can order the Magic Square here.

Chris,

I figured I needed at least 4 (one for each corner so that I know all the angles add up to 360), but didn't see the option of ordering multiples on the cart. Can I get a discount for more than one?

Thanks,

Mike

Mike,

Just order a bushel. That should do it.

I didn't see that option on the order form either............. , but it would make sense.

Well done Chris!

I was halfway through the video when I realized that it must not be March anymore.

Nice snug joint on that tool. Wonder how it works in August?

When I peened the steel pin, it tightened the joint to provide the friction you see in the video. I was pleasantly surprise. I'm also curious how the seasons will affect it.

If it's magic, it won't matter, because the magic will always be there, or be square.

What happened to your hair? Magic?
