Default Metric INCRA Fences!

I have been waiting for this news for years:

New Metric INCRA Fence Systems & Accessories!

If that link doesn't work, go directly to Incra's website.

They also mention metric templates:
Quote:
The remaining two scale channels are used for any of the 51-piece (imperial) or 26 (metric) Joint-making Templates that are included in all System packages

Wonder what took so long??? I have the LS25, so I'll still have to wait.

I notice the Lexan scales for their metric rack conversions now include both Left-to-RIght and Right-to-Left reading scales. But from what I see, these scales are limited to 820mm -- why, oh why couldn't they have gone to/past 1m???

I'll also want to see if they offer a conversion kit for their my ShopStops and FlipStops. This would just entail changing out the upper carrier and adjusting screw. Not really a big issue, but it would be a little nicer with the adjusters being metric too.

Thanks for the heads-up Ned!

Incra announces a parts department on line, including specifically metric parts & conversion kits.

When I metrified some years ago Incra transferred me around the company 3 times before someone understood what I wanted to do. It'll be lots easier now.
