Default 20mm Cannon Shell Casings

I know that this is a somewhat strange post but it is also pretty cool. Philip Marcou is looking for anyone that may have contacts where they have access to these casings. Apparently the brass is of a very high quality and is perfect for his usages of ferrules, brass rings, etc. So, if anyone has access please let me know and we can see if we can work something out for Philip.

Fred

Wayne,

As tempting as that offer is I am afraid it is not what Philip is looking for at this time.

I dunno Fredosan, anything anymore that even looks like shipping ammo across international lines anymore might invite more scrutiny than it merits.

Randysan,

I wasn't going to ship them, I was going to have you take them to New Zealand. While you are at it you can pick up some of Michael's WMD Aluminum Tubes and take them as well. Now, normally I would pay for you to go to New Zealand but unfortunately I blew my budget on a few planes. So, I am afraid you will have to pay your own way or maybe work your way over on some kind of freighter. Either way, you need to get moving.

while cool idea and a neat re-purpose. but there is nothing special about the brass.

you can order it in solid round billet and machine how ever you want. not as cool but easier to get.

Thats ok Fred, I still have several of your credit cards memorised :-)
Truth be told, there is no way I can afford to go to New Zealand. I can't even afford to participate in any discussions about Marcous. I've known of him for years and if I so much as touched one of them it'd be the death of the bank account. Theres some things that are just too dangerous to be mussed with.

What a twisted world we live in. Hand made planes are more dangerous than 20 mm cartridges!
