Default Precision Picture Frame and Molding Mitering

Santa's Elves have been busy in my shop!

And they made a new shooting board. It's called the 'Picture Frame Shooter'.

Many people had been asking after a board that was a true left and right side miter/framing tool, and this is it.

The importance of a board like this is that when you are working with moldings, which picture frames often are made of, the difficulty mitering them is due to their shape. They are however usually flat on the bottom, or square on the back and bottom. This board addresses the need for maintaing this orientation for accurate miters. One chute addresses half the miter, and the other chute finished the other for a perfect mate.

It has twin chutes and three calibratable fences. Either side 45's and a 90 that can be made lefty or righty. If you need miters on the moldings you make with hollows and rounds, this is the shooting board for shooting those.

I've written an article to share all the details, so have a look if you like, and a very Merry Christmas to you all!
