Default Using An Album Pic In A Post

You can upload an image to attach to a post. But... What if the pic is really nice and you want to quickly use it over and over?

Answer: Upload it to your talkFestool Personal Album and simply reference in a post.

To upload to your album:

1) Go to your Pictures and Albums - ("User CP --> Pictures & Albums" or "Quick Links --> Pictures & Albums")

2) If you do NOT have an album created:
  • Click "Add Album". The "Add Album" appears.
  • Enter a Title and Description
  • Click "Public" to let everyone see it or "Private" so that it's only visible to your contacts and moderators.
  • Click Submit. (Your album will be created.)
3) Click the "Upload Pictures" link.

4) Browse to your picture folder and select the pic. (Select up to five pics at a time.)

5) Click the "Upload Pictures" button.

6) Enter the caption.

7) Click "Save Changes". Your pics should now appear in your album.

To reference the album pic in a post:

1) Go to your Pictures and Albums - ("User CP --> Pictures & Albums" or "Quick Links --> Pictures & Albums")

2) Click on your album to open it.

3) Click on the selected pic. (The pic opens.)

4) Copy the contents of the "BB Code" box at the bottom of the pic.

5) Go to your post and paste the just-copied BB Code link. It will look like this:

6) Now click "Preview Post". The pic will appear in your post like this:

That's it!!! Enjoy.

Dan.
