Thanks for the pics, especially the action shot. I've been interested in this group of attachments for this purpose for some time. One thing that has delayed the purchase is the fact that there are a few parts that need to be bought to get the job done. I wonder if you would consider putting together a kit to sell or at least listing here all the parts you used in this demonstration.

The same set up works for the OF 1400.
I had a customer try the MFK and opted for the OF 1400 and this set up because he wanted to "trim down" his shop, which he has considerably. There's another useful device that goes with the Angle Arm (486052). It's the Copy Scanning Set (486534). There are more uses for this device than copying. The rollers can be used in a variety of imaginative ways. Tom |

Timmy,
Is there any flex in that setup? How much downward pressure are you having to put on it? It seems like a small arm to hang the router from and a lot of strain on the base. Looks like a cool alternative to the MFK though, for those of us who already have a 1010. Thanks for the pics. - Kit Camp |

Kit, I have this setup, it's stable and with the 1010 it's takes very little effort to easily control it. There isn't any issues with flex in my experience. Overall it's a nice setup.

It is still on my site, I'll start a new thread since the review covers all the "edge trimming" accessories not just the edging plate.
