One thing that I never realized until visiting you guys in August was how much R&D goes on in your "skunk works". There have been many products that you have put a lot of time into that never see the light of day, just because you decide they're not worthy.

As your customers, we only ever get to see the best of the best.

Every time I meet / hear about / read about / watch something on John, I am always left thinking I want to know more. Such an interesting, creative dude. He seems to cut through some of the adversities of life with a sword.
