I scoff at aluminum, my passion is for the stainless in black.

Rumor has it that one guy has ordered several of these squares. Maybe he's going to "flip" them.

As for me, I'm eating Top Ramen for a few months just to afford one stainless.

Okay, it's worth it, these are both useful tools and works of art.

Yes,

I got the stainless on order too! TS-2v2 Try Square Stainless Steel - Layout Tools - Tools - Bridge City Tool Works

They're only making 300 in each color of the stainless, so if you're interested, better order soon, they're going fast.

The aluminum is so inexpensive, I may have to get one for Poto.

I gulped and ordered the aluminum instead of the stainless. I pulled the trigger on an A3-41 a few days ago so I'm on Ramen noodles for another year.

Anyone know how it "can be field adjusted if it looses its sense of squareness"?

Oh Alex, you spilled the beans.
For the uninformed, the A3-41 is the latest Bridge City covert offering. It is a 41 piece set of Angle blocks made out of unobtainium. It is pretty sweet. This set rounds out the previous set, the A3-49.

We had a black chrome version, but we sold out before Fred had a chance to get one. Yet another tool Fred does not have...

Jesse: As far as field adjusting the TS-2v2; there are 4 screws that pinch the blade. Simply loosen the screws, re-square, then tighten the screws.

I've been eating that all year, and I haven't ordered the square!

I don't care what it is, if Fred doesn't have one, I'll take two.
