Update: I am getting confirmation that orders are being filled! It looks like there will be a happy resolution of this situation.

If John gives a sh!t bunny award for the most inept customer during the sale, I'm afraid I'll be a finalist. 30 tries and nothing went through....

Sounds like dry heaves... lots of effort for no gain.

Well, my heaving paid off: about 10 minutes ago our doorbell rang (yes, it was 8:00 pm), and the tool fairy left a BCTW package at my front door. Full of sale stuff.

Cool!

Didn't get everything I wanted, but got lots of good stuff.

How did you know he was a fairy? Freddie Mercury mustache? chaps? asked for a hug instead of a signature?

I just got an email that the BCTW Clearance page is up and running again. I got almost all the things that I missed the first time...

And it didn't crash...

I got in an order for all 300 remaining sole kits and a couple of hardware items. Fortunately, Consuelo called and talked some sense into me. So, I'll just get the hardware.....
