Bridge City Tool Works For the past twenty-five years we have been producing innovative and impeccably crafted heirloom tools for serious woodworkers and collectors worldwide. Made in America, all of our tools are produced in limited numbers and with minimal care should continue to inspire your children's children. I believe the look, feel and accuracy of each Bridge City tool will always influence you to do your best work. Quality is contagious. Regards, John Economaki President & Founder

Exclamation Be A JMP Demo Dude

Over on John's blog, he has a very intriguing offer. Essentially, if you have a JMP (v2 or old skool v1 ) and would be interested in demoing one to fellow woodworkers at WIA, he'd like to hear from you. Should you be among the chosen, he'll spring for airfare and 2 nights' stay to get you there (I think it is implied you'll also be sent back ).

Just thought to post it in case y'all are too busy playing with your RO-90s and rum.

That sounds like a great deal for someone who may not be going otherwise, and this is an event that should not be missed. I've never had so much fun at any show, probably because this one is a liitle smaller and everyone seems to know everyone else (kinda like this forum ).

Hopefully John will allow his assistant some time to play. Some of the guys around here found out last year how hard it was to be stuck in a booth all day, while watching the rest of us goofing off. Luckily, goofing off is what I do best.

If he'd loan me the tool, I'd gladly become adept enough to demo it when the time comes :-)

Does he have any idea how much it would cost to fly me from Pax$on to..... anywhere?:p

I guess that will be the only reason he'll choose someone else...
