Default SoCal Jointmaker Pro Get Together

I think I know at least 3 folks that have JMP's down in SoCal. Are there more? Would it make sense to have a gathering to share joint wisdom someday? I know I'd probably benefit from those that have forged this path previously.

Let's think about it.......

Mike

I wonder how many made it to Kansas?

Good idea, Mike. As it happens, the world's foremost JMP guru is located about twenty minutes from my shop. And I know from personal experience that he's also a wizard on the barbecue.

We can plan a gathering at my place any time after June 30.

Bummer on the date. I'll be back in Tahoe starting May 2 for the summer. I'm thinking Montana August/September and coming back down from Tahoe sometime in November. Of course everything is subject to change at a moments/whims notice so it might all work out. So far, however, there's just the two of us thinking about this...........

Hey guys, just checking in at four in the morning during a crazy run to wrap up some renovations.

Great idea about the JMP gathering, I'll check in tomorrow with some thoughts and input.

cheers,
roger

We should work on getting more than just the three of us here. Maybe we can bribe John and/or Michael to come if we put lots of people in one place...

No matter how many gather, we will need pictures and videos!

If the timing works out, I'd be interested (even though I don't have a JMP...)

No need to have one. Maybe we need to just focus on some of the BCTW items such as the JMP and the small planes. I'd like to be able to see more of the profiles and their resulting cuts. It's hard to pick them based on what I see on line.
