Thanks for posting photos John. I liked Roger's old shop a lot. The setting alone for the new shop is spectacular. Hope to visit some day.

So Paul, how's the post-production coming on the videos?

Your audience is waiting...

Playing a lot of catch-up this week; was behind on my podcast so put that out yesterday. The BCTW event was nearly 4 hours of video; it even took long to import. Plan on working on it this weekend.

For the curious, it was John upgrading a v1 JMP to v2 rails, assembling a JMP SW and some other assembly. There were no tips/tricks to using it that I recall. So for those who haven't assembled one, this may be useful.

There is, however, a great clip with John E in it, but you'll have to wait

I gotta say Paul I'm really hooked on your blog & website -- soooo many great tips just flow and flow. It's like you've been doing this stuff for ever. At some point in the not too distant future you will dust Chris Schwarz!
I'll be able to say I knew him back when...

Ron's my biggest fan! Come to think of it, my only fan, but what a fan to have!

Hey, have I mentioned that I got my CT-17 before Fred West? and that it was assembled by none other than John E? I hate dropping names, too.

Yeah, I hear that Ron can move volumes of hot air.

Sorry Ron, I just couldn't help myself...

If I find that you are also a gourmet chef (must be Le Cordon Bleu) I intend to propose marriage...

If that happens I guess you'll be moving to New York?

Paul-Marcel, at the risk of swelling your head even more, I'm a big fan too. Even more so after meeting you in person. As I said earlier in this thread, your knowledge level after only a few years in woodworking is amazing. And then there's that enthusiasm ...

I don't mind dropping names, I was the one who videoed John E. handing Paul-Marcel his CT-17, using Paul-Marcels camera! (copies of that part of the video autographed by me should be available for purchase soon. )
