Default Bridge City MG-5

I asked BC sales when they thought the MG-5 would be shipping -- I got an e-mail response that they should begin shipping this Monday or Tuesday.

I just got the email that they've processed my order. I'm so bummed that I'll be out of town when it arrives. Oh well - Sharon and Gillian (and Wally) can play with it while I'm gone.

I'm just going to fondle and look at mine. No need to use it. That would be crass.

I think mine is sitting on my doorstep, while I'm in Hong Kong. Sharon's in San Francisco. Gillian's at camp.

Mine won't be here until the 22nd. I just finished five drawers that I could have broken it in on... there's always more to come.

Hey! Why aren't we seeing pictures of these so-called "drawers"? Come on, Ron - get with the program!

After seeing various pictures of Okami's, Eiji's, Randy's (and to a lesser degree even Poto's ), and some others' fine, fine, exquisitely beautiful work I decided that I would begin posting pictures of my work when I develop to a point of being proud to show it! I'm reading, learning, developing skills but I'm not there yet. I'm happy to enjoy the work of others and I also enjoy learning from my mistakes. These latest drawers are my best to date but still a ways from gallery quality.
I'm proud of the work that I did in the house that I built (completely, except the cabinets) & live in but I'm not there yet in furniture making.
