Fun new things from Bridge City Toolworks...

Check out John Economaki's blog Bridge City Tools Behind the Scenes to see what they're up to. Fun stuff!!!

New bearings for the Jointmaker Pro
A single-wing Jointmaker
Re-order on the Kerfmaker
The new black chroooooome palm brace (CT16)
Re-/Pre-order on the next run of the drilling jig.

Hey - shouldn't we put a Bridge City place on the "Manufactureres and Vendors of Fine Tools" part of the forum? Might help to focus some of our discussion - and potential interest of buyers...

I was hooked by the shelf of planes in the background of the JMP video. I guess they're the HP-6 planes and soles?

NIIIIIICE motion on that! I need to send the link to the guy that bought my old one. He needs to spring for that retrofit when they put it up for sale.

Looks like sales have been good these past couple months for John, etc. The kerfmaker was pure brilliance and the price point was perfect.

The single sled idea is great... that'll be the ticket for anyone wanting to do hand cut dovetails. Considering the cost of a good dovetail saw you'd be silly not to invest it in the Jointmaker. Heck, I'm as novice as they come and I managed a pretty good dovetail in 3/4" thick hard maple the very first time I tried.
