Using an outhouse can actually be a very rewarding experience. I was at a winery in New Mexico several years ago and asked where the restroom was. I was directed to an outhouse below and to the West of the tasting room. The door of the outhouse also faced West and the view overlooking the vineyard in the late afternoon sun was spectacular! I cannot recall many more pleasurable moments while relieving myself.

Perhaps a Monet on the back of an outhouse door...
