Here's a few pictures of the clamp bracket assembly.
This is 200mm long. The inner width is about 31.5mm (to allow the bar to slip in between)
The holes that need drilling (3) from the left of the picture is centred at: 15mm, 127mm, 185mm.
Ron, If you could produce something like this, I'm sure You could sell a few, once You put the word out, do a few demonstrations. These things really work, and well!
